Our Commitment

The team of the Mainz Congress Centre (CCM) has set itself the task to treat resources and people in and around the CCM sustainable – which means economically, ecologically and socially compatible.

Awarded with the “Ecoprofit” certification the CCM assumes its responsibility towards environment and next generations. The Managing Director August Moderer comes straight to the point: “We want to raise the awareness of our customers and employers concerning environmental issues.”

Beginning of 2011, the CCM obtained the certification “Ecoprofit-Company 2010”. To increase the importance of the topic sustainability beyond that, the CCM extends its commitment and participates at the “Ecoprofit Club” and committed to the code of sustainability of the event industry.

In addition the CCM is the first conference centre in the Rhine-Main region and among the top 5 in Germany that was awarded for its outstanding efforts in environmentalism with the EVVC Green Globe certification.
